Fraud and illegal and inappropriate content

Landmark Financial Services ACTIVELY monitors traffic for Fraud. If we, at our sole discretion, detect OR determine Fraud, your account will be made inactive pending further investigation.

It is your obligation to prove to Landmark Financial Services that you are NOT committing fraud. Landmark Financial Services will hold your account in 'Pending Status' until you have satisfactorily provided evidence that you are not defrauding the system.

If you fraudulently add leads or clicks or inflate leads or clicks by fraudulent traffic generation (as determined solely by Landmark Financial Services, such as pre-population of forms or mechanisms not approved by Landmark Financial Services) your account will be terminated.

SPAM EMAIL

Landmark Financial Services would be irreparably harmed by the use, by you or others, of the Landmark Financial Services Services or any part thereof in connection with the transmission of spam or unsolicited email in violation of the terms of use as provided herein, and Landmark Financial Services is entitled to obtain injunctive relief against any such transmission (in addition to all other remedies available at law or in equity).

You acknowledge and agree that material on the website may be subject to certain export laws and regulations. Diversion of such material contrary to any applicable export law and/or regulation is prohibited.
